- Tubing is rated for compressed air, inert gas and vacuum
- ½” or ¾” size kits (inside diameter)
- 100ft. & 300 ft. rolls based on kit
- Maximum operating working pressure 200 psi @ 73°F, 160 psi @ 140°F
- Temperature range – 40°F to 140°F
- Tubing is compatible with common compressor oils
- For outside installation, cover or paint the tubing and fittings to protect from direct sunlight (UV rays)
- Conforms to ASTM F1282
- Bend radius for the ½” size Maxline tubing is 4-6” & the bend radius for the ¾” size Maxline tubing is 6-8”

Installation:
- Cut the tubing square
- Bevel the pipe end
- Push the fitting onto the tubing
- Turn the nut finger tight
- Tighten the nut with wrench a minimum ¾ turn
