Specifications:

The air cap (air nozzle) is made of anodized aluminum and comes in a couple of sizes to compliment your fluid nozzle/Delrin needle tip and application.  

Air Cap Size Information:

97-077-725 – Air Cap for 1.5 mm nozzle set

*Please note that the air cap (air nozzle) must be sized based on the fluid nozzle/Delrin needle tip size to ensure proper atomization and fan pattern.  As the number stamped on the air cap increases the size of the center hole on the air cap increases.  Please see information above to select the proper air cap (air nozzle size)   based on your fluid nozzle/Delrin needle tip size and application.  In addition, the high solids air caps can be used in conjunction with the high solids nozzle and needle on other Accuspray spray gun models to help atomize high solids coatings better such as the model 10 or 12S.  If you have any further questions regarding the proper air cap size, please contact us for assistance.
