The air cap (air nozzle) is made of anodized aluminum and comes in a variety of sizes to compliment your fluid nozzle/Delrin needle tip and application.

*Please note that the air cap (air nozzle) must be sized based on the fluid nozzle/Delrin needle tip size to ensure proper atomization and fan pattern. Many of the air caps will overlap with different fluid nozzle/Delrin needle tip sizes. As the number stamped on the air cap increases the size of the center hole on the air cap increases. Please see information above to select the proper air cap (air nozzle size) based on your fluid nozzle/Delrin needle tip size and application.
